The firm's founder began his career in 1978. Mr. Hessee's expertise remains in the fields of Civil and Criminal Investigations.  As a retired Sergeant of the Placer County Sheriff Department, Mr. Hessee continues to use his knowledge and experience to provide quality investigative services.

For years Mr. Hessee has been Specializing in Civil cases and Criminal Defense cases.  As an investigator, Mr. Hessee has worked cases from Homicide to DUI.  Mr. Hessee has also worked several Death Penalty cases, in both State and Federal Courts as a Fact Investigator and as a Mitigation Investigator.   Mr. Hessee has also been successful with several complex Federal Fraud and Mortgage Fraud cases, some of which have been nationally recognized. 

Mr. Hessee was appointed by Governor Schwarzenegger to the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services, Disciplinary Review Board to a four year term.  Recently Governor Brown re-appointed Mr. Hessee to sit on the BSIS board for another four years.  Mr. Hessee is honored for the opportunity to serve Governor Brown and the people of California. 

Mr. Hessee continues to sit as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Board member for the ASCEND rehabilitation program.
